Hearing coverage is included on all plans. Members can see a hearing specialist (audiologist) for exams to diagnose hearing and balance issues.
CHPW’s Dual Complete (HMO D-SNP) and Dual Select (HMO D-SNP) also feature supplemental coverage, including:
- $0 copay for one routine hearing exam per year and one hearing aid fitting/evaluation per year.
- Up to $1,500 benefit every year for supplemental hearing aids and supplies. Limit one per ear per year.
