All Plans Include a Basic Gym Membership at No Extra Cost
Doctors say that you need at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day to stay healthy. Our plans include a basic membership at a participating fitness center in your area. Going to a gym is a great way to socialize and try out new exercises.

By choosing healthy habits and behaviors, seniors can live a productive and meaningful life. This program includes community social events, fitness tracking tools, digital and print education materials, senior-focused health coaching, up to two home workout kits per year and more.
