Provider Search Instructions
Thank you for using our online provider search. You can search for a primary care provider, specialty, or facility in our network. Use the quick start below, or click here for more detailed instructions. Quick Start Primary Care Provider Search: 1. Type in a zip, city, or county to begin. 2. The search will automatically display results within 5 miles of the location you entered. To expand the distance, use the drop down menu on the left-hand side above the results. 3. To filter your results further, click Show Advanced Filters in the blue bar above the results. Select additional options such as gender, Board Certification/Accreditation, language spoken, and whether they are accepting new patients. 4. Be sure to review if the provider is accepting new patients and which of our plans they accept (I.e. Washington Apple Health) in the search results. 5. You can either print all the results or print the page of results displayed by using the buttons on the right-hand side above the results. Not sure what the search items are? We have handy explanations next to each item – just hover over the “[?]” icon to see what the item is, how the information is collected and verified, and how often it is updated. You can also check Board Certification and Accreditation status. To check the most current status of a provider’s board certification, please go to the American Board of Medical Specialties online tool. To check the most current status of a hospital’s accreditation, please go to The Joint Commission’s online tool.
